Privacy policy
Last updated 18 September 2026
This policy explains how PalCloud (“we”), operated by Kirsch Technologies, Gurugram, Haryana, India, handles personal data on palcloud.ai. We are the data fiduciary (under India’s DPDP Act 2023) and data controller (under the GDPR) for the data described here.
What we collect
- When you ask for quotes or contact us: your name, email, and anything else you choose to give — phone, company, country, workload, budget, GPU hours and your message. We also record the page you sent it from, the consent text you agreed to and when, your IP address and browser type (to stop abuse), and campaign tags in the link you arrived by (utm_*).
- When you click “Visit”: which provider, from which page, your IP address and browser type.
- Analytics: only if you accept analytics cookies — pages viewed and events such as a submitted form, via Google Tag Manager / Google Analytics.
- Preferences stored in your browser: your chosen display currency and your cookie choice. These stay on your device.
Why we use it
- To answer your request and suggest suitable providers (on the basis of your consent).
- To keep the site secure and prevent spam (legitimate use / legitimate interest).
- To understand which comparisons are useful (only with your consent to analytics).
We do not sell personal data. We do not share your details with any cloud provider without asking you first, for that specific provider.
