palcloud.ai is operated by Kirsch Technologies, Unit No. 136, 1st Floor, JMD Megapolis, Sohna Road, Sector 48, Gurugram – 122018, Haryana, India. By using the site you agree to these terms.
1. Information, not advice
PalCloud compares publicly published cloud prices and facts. Prices are copied from providers’ own pages, with the source and date shown, but providers change prices, availability and terms without notice. Always confirm on the provider’s site before you buy. We are not a party to any contract between you and a provider.
2. How we are paid
We may earn referral fees, sell labelled featured placement, and be paid by providers for quote requests we pass on to them (up to 3 per request, as stated on the form). None of these change the order of comparison tables. See how PalCloud makes money and how we compare.
3. Your enquiries
Give accurate information and only submit requests on your own behalf or with authority. Do not submit spam, automated requests, or other people’s data without permission.
4. Acceptable use
Do not scrape the site at a rate that affects its availability, attempt to break its security, or present its data as your own without attribution.
5. Trademarks
Provider names and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to identify their services. Listing does not imply endorsement by or of the provider.
6. Liability
The site is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from reliance on prices or facts that a provider has changed, or from your dealings with a provider.
7. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Gurugram, Haryana have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
